Her background in law and business has equipped her to navigate the complexities of caregiving services with clarity and care. At Care on Call, she leads with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Jenny Vi Buslig is an experienced attorney with over a decade of legal and regulatory compliance expertise. Her background as a government lawyer shaped her skills in policy and oversight, while her years managing a California law office refined her work in contracts, employment matters, and client service. At Care-on-Call, she ensures operations meet all legal and regulatory standards with professionalism and integrity.

Kay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Computer Data Management and Processing. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees Care On Call's day-to-day operations, caregiver scheduling, administrative coordination, and internal processes. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Kay helps ensure that clients, caregivers, and staff receive consistent and dependable support.

Johann brings over 35 years of experience in marketing, advertising, design, and healthcare across the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. He holds a BFA in Advertising from Far Eastern University and received a scholarship to study Graphic Design at Memphis College of Art. He has also pursued business studies at Stanford University and graduate-level marketing studies through UC Berkeley Extension. His extensive international experience brings a creative and strategic perspective to Care on Call's marketing and brand development.

Lanie brings a diverse background in education, healthcare, and administration to her role as Operations and Finance Manager at Care On Call. With a master's degree in Education, eight years of teaching experience, and credentials as a licensed teacher, CNA, and HHA, she combines strong organizational skills with a deep understanding of care services.

She oversees key operational and financial functions, helping ensure accurate processes, efficient coordination, and dependable support for clients and caregivers.

Hazel supports the finance team with billing, payroll processing, and administrative coordination. Her attention to detail and dedication to accuracy help ensure smooth financial operations for both clients and caregivers at Care on Call.
