Chief Executive Officer
A licensed lawyer in the Philippines and a Business Management graduate, Yani brings over 11 years of hands-on experience in healthcare operations, client relations, and team management. Her background in both law and business has equipped her to navigate the complexities of caregiving services with clarity and care. At Care-on-Call, she leads with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Jenny Vi Buslig
Director of Legal Affairs
Jenny Vi Buslig is an experienced attorney with over a decade of legal and regulatory compliance expertise. Her background as a government lawyer shaped her skills in policy and oversight, while her years managing a California law office refined her work in contracts, employment matters, and client service. At Care-on-Call, she ensures operations meet all legal and regulatory standards with professionalism and integrity.
Kay
Chief Operating Officer
Kay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Computer Data Management and Processing. She brings a solid foundation in data handling, organization, and administrative support to her role at Care-on-Call. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Kay plays an important part in coordinating caregiver schedules and managing timesheets to ensure proper and timely compensation, always with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
Johann Bitancor
Marketing Director
It's a great opportunity to work alongside the dedicated management and care team at Care-on-Call. With over 30 years of combined experience in the marketing and advertising industries both in the U.S. and internationally, l've had the chance to work on some incredible campaigns and collaborations. I studied Fine Arts (Advertising major) in the Philippines, have completed business programs at Stanford University. I am currently pursuing graduate studies in Marketing at the University of California, Berkeley Extension. Looking forward to learning more and contributing to this great mission.
Melanie Duclan
Operations and Accounting Manager
With 8 years of teaching experience and a Master's degree in Education, Lanie brings a blend of compassion, structure, and communication to her role at Care-on-Call. A licensed teacher, CNA, and HHA, she has successfully transitioned into healthcare, taking on key roles in staffing, care coordination, and accounting. Her background allows her to connect meaningfully with both clients and caregivers.
Veronica Cortez
Accounting Assistant
Veronica joined COC right after high school and has been a dedicated member of the team ever since. She supports the Accounting and Collections department, helping ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. While pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Veronica brings strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence that contribute to the company’s overall mission and success.
