About Care On Call
Growing with the Communities We Serve Since 2014
Care on Call began in February 2014 in San Jose, California, with a simple purpose: to provide dependable, compassionate, non-medical home care to seniors who wanted to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
As the needs of the communities we serve grew, so did we. In June 2021, Care on Call expanded its services to the Greater Sacramento area, bringing the same personalized approach to care to more individuals and families.
In March 2023, we broadened our services to support adults with developmental and physical disabilities through California's Regional Center system, helping individuals live with greater independence, dignity, and meaningful support in their daily lives.
Our continued growth led us to San Francisco, where we opened our newest office in June 2026, strengthening our presence and ability to serve communities throughout California.
More than a decade after we began, our commitment remains the same: to provide compassionate, dependable care built around each individual's unique needs. We believe quality care goes beyond assistance with daily activities: it is about trust, dignity, independence, and finding the right caregiver for every person we serve.
From our beginnings serving seniors in San Jose to supporting individuals and families across multiple California communities today, Care on Call continues to grow with one purpose at the heart of everything we do: caring for people and helping them live well.
